Through weekly themes, reflective prompts, and personalized support, you will be invited to refine your voice, shape offerings with integrity, and build confidence from a grounded place within yourself. You’ll move at your own pace, from anywhere, with space to truly listen inward.

My 35-Hour Mindful Pilates Comprehensive Mat Training is designed for those who want to deepen their understanding of the body and learn Pilates in a more mindful, therapeutic way.
While Pilates is often seen as a fitness trend or core workout, this training goes beyond that. If you are curious about the deeper intelligence behind the practice, not just how it looks, but how it works, this is for you. Rooted in both Pilates and my background in Yoga and Yoga Therapy, this program integrates mindfulness, breath, and awareness into movement.
It is ideal for aspiring yoga instructor, as well as movement, and wellness teachers who want to expand their teaching with a more holistic and embodied approach.
