Who I am

I teach methods that create sustainable well-being, also help people to increase self esteem, and realize their potential.

I offer Yoga, Breathing Techniques, Meditation, Pilates, and Customized Body Tone/ Conditioning Training.

I am originally from Japan. Stepping onto the stages of Ballet, Jazz, and Street Dance initially fueled my passion, leading me to the vibrant world of New York City in 2007. Yet, the competitive dance scene brought challenges— a foot injury and panic attack. In those trying moments, I discovered solace and renewal in Yoga, Pilates, and the realm of holistic wellness.

Driven to unravel the transformative power of Pilates, I sought certification at the esteemed Kane School of Core Integration and Polestar Comprehensive. My yoga journey commenced at Dou Yoga with a 200-hour RYT, extended to Restorative and Yoga Nidra at Ishta Yoga, and deepened with a 500-hour RYT under the nurturing guidance of Guta Hedewig at The Yoga School NY. Seeking a profound connection to tradition, I trained at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram and Yoga Vahini in Chennai, India, delving into Subtle Anatomy, Pranayama, and Yoga Therapy in the Krishnamacharya tradition.

My pursuit of holistic wellness extended beyond physical movement. Recognizing the undeniable link between self-worth and overall health, I embraced the role of a self-esteem coach. Today, I offer an integrated approach, harmonizing the strengths of Yoga, Pilates, and self-esteem/self-branding coaching.

My commitment runs deep for the holistic well-being of every individual I guide. Through tailored programs, I empower others to tap into their inherent potential, rebuild self-worth, and sculpt a life imbued with vitality and purpose.
