In this workshop we will build off of the foundations of pilates and explore the use of the pilates props to release, strengthen and realign.
We will check posture and alignment and reverse any negative effect of bad posture/alignment. Release major muscles with the foam roller and develop a greater understanding of which part of your body is holding tension. Then with a little Gentle Pilates Core training you will understand and appreciate how important your core is and how all of these principals can apply to our yoga practice, especially for those of us with lower back pain.
